Reform that proposes the redistribution and extension of the first floor of a semi-detached house, resulting in an authentic and exclusive residence where natural light dominates the space and where you can breathe the Mediterranean breeze.
The project, located in Badia Gran, was born from the family’s need to extend the house on the first floor and to find a new layout that would suit their life and that of their family. The interior design is based on the concept of the Mediterranean and freshness, with a palette of colours ranging from yellows and ochres to pistachio and mossy greens, applied to natural and light materials such as rattan and linen.
The choice of fine materials such as walnut wood and local stone adds elegance and authenticity, together with the casual and cheerful touch of cement and glass mosaic tiles on the floors and in the bathrooms.
Ad hoc furniture solutions have been designed to be both functional and exclusive, such as the built-in sofa, the TV unit, the dining table, the wooden grille, the headboard of the master bed and the kitchen and bathroom furniture.
Curved elements predominate in all the bespoke furniture, in order to contribute to the comfort and fluidity of movement in certain rooms of reduced dimensions.
A proposal in which the light and external presence of the Mediterranean coexist in harmony with the shapes, materials and colours of the interior.
